William Peters

William Peters is an improvement sciences expert who specializes in quality, service and financial improvement.  He guides healthcare leaders who recognize the upcoming demands CMS is continually making to transition from a payer model based on volume (“fee-for-service”) to one based on value (quality/cost).  

He speaks at public events, provides education and facilitates improvement teams and is a long-standing practitioner of “IHI QI” as a method to help hospitals, nursing homes, physician practices and public health initiatives increase the rate at which they make improvement.  

William is an Institute for Healthcare Improvement ( trained “Improvement Advisor” and serves as IHI Faculty on both domestic and international projects.  He also occasionally writes for Quality Digest magazine and is an expert in the creation of organizational dashboards and teaching statistical process control (run and control charts).  
He currently resides in the west suburbs of Chicago.

Todd Tedrow is a skilled heath care leader and educator with the organizational, educational, and process management skills necessary for driving organizations toward continual improvement. 
Todd has over 25 years of experience working at all levels of health care organizations with one guiding principle-the creation of a culture of improvement: quality improvement, financial improvement, service improvement and people improvement. 
A skilled educator, Todd is able to break highly complex problems into manageable steps that create a path toward meaningful improvement with the full engagement of all levels of staff.  He excels at teaching improvement concepts while linking them to examples from his years of varied experience.  
With a proven track record of improvement, his programs have received attention at multiple levels and at multiple organizations.  
Todd lives between Southern Wisconsin and Florida, and enjoys biking, boating, and taking care of rescue dogs.
